I worked with staff in a variety of roles, in small, medium, and large businesses across different industries. And I developed a practical approach to capturing the process details in plain language, that works every time.
I love what I do. I love showing business owners, directors, managers, and staff how the work flows now, how it can flow more efficiently, and I help them make the transition. Process efficiency and transparency increases confidence, reduces stress, and generally makes running an organization easier for everyone involved.
