I have over 15 years of experience helping organizations capture and clarify their processes to improve efficiencies and create transparency (i.e., a shared understanding of what to do, how to do it, when to do it, who does it, and how to know when you’ve done it right).

In my past career as a business process analyst, I learned how to ask the right questions to understand the process at a detailed level. I worked with staff in a variety of roles, in small, medium, and large businesses across different industries. And I developed a practical approach to capturing the process details in plain language, that works every time.

I love what I do. I love showing business owners, directors, managers, and staff how the work flows now, how it can flow more efficiently, and I help them make the transition. Process efficiency and transparency increases confidence, reduces stress, and generally makes running an organization easier for everyone involved.

And when I’m not working I can be found planning my next kayak adventure, scrambling up a mountain, or cooking up a storm.

I’ve been athletic my whole life and was fortunate to grow up in the Pacific Northwest, one of my favorite places for exploring nature, developing strength, endurance, and pushing my limits.

And I love giving back. I share my passion for kayaking by teaching basic skills and leading trips for local outdoor clubs.

I volunteer at a community garden providing food for the local food bank, and at an animal sanctuary where I help cats trust humans and teach cranky kittens how to be loving pets.
